Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Remaining balance is due no later than the day of the shoot before the session begins.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule once without penalty, provided at least 7 days’ notice is given.

  • Rescheduling within 7 days of the shoot may result in forfeiting the deposit.

  • Cancellations at any time result in loss of the deposit.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time and may affect the number of final images delivered.

  • Sessions ending early due to late arrival will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Image Delivery

  • Edited images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks via a secure online gallery unless rush editing has been purchased.

  • Final image selection must be made within 14 days of receiving proof gallery; otherwise, photographer reserves the right to select images on client’s behalf.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Client privacy is a priority. Images will not be shared, published, or used for promotional purposes without written consent from the client.

  • For clients granting permission to share, Jonathan Red Photo may use selected images for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.

6. Usage Rights

  • All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Jonathan Red Photo.

  • Clients are granted personal usage rights to display and print their images.

  • Commercial usage, resale, or alteration without written consent is prohibited.

7. Raw Images & Additional Edits

  • Raw (unedited) images are not included unless purchased separately.

  • Additional edits beyond the agreed package will be charged at the current rate.

8. Client Responsibility

  • Client is responsible for arriving prepared, on time, and with all outfits, props, and makeup as planned.

  • Any costs for location rentals, travel, or permits are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances preventing the photographer from completing the session, liability is limited to rescheduling or refund of all payments received.

10. Agreement

  • By booking a session, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
