Terms of Service — Add-On Services
By purchasing any add-on service from Jonathan Red Photo, you agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable
All add-on purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes Raw Images, Rush Editing, VIP Experience, Additional Edited Images, Private Editing Sessions, and Same-Day Image Preview.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Rush Editing — Final edited images will be delivered within 7 calendar days from the shoot date.
Same-Day Image Preview — Preview images will be available within 6–12 hours after your session.
VIP Experience — All services included in the bundle (Same-Day Preview, Private Editing Session, and Rush Editing) follow the stated timelines above.
All Raw Images — Delivered within 72 hours of purchase in high-resolution JPEG or RAW format.
Additional Edited Images — Will follow the same turnaround time as your original package unless Rush Editing is also purchased.
3. Editing Standards
Additional Edited Images receive the same professional retouching as images included in your original package.
Raw Images are delivered unedited and as captured in-camera.
4. Private Editing Sessions
Sessions can be held in person or virtually.
The client must be available at the scheduled time; rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
5. File Storage
All image files (edited and raw) are stored for 90 days from the date of delivery. After this period, files may no longer be available. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all files promptly.
6. Usage Rights
All images remain the intellectual property of Jonathan Red Photo.
Clients receive a personal usage license for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes.
Commercial usage beyond the agreed scope requires written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.
7. Add-On Purchase Timing
Add-ons may be purchased at the time of booking or up to 14 days after the shoot date.
Purchases made after this period may be subject to availability.
